The RenoHUb consortium have drafted the final version of the finalised RenoHUb Business Model developed within the framework of the implementation of the RenoHUb project.

The finalised Business Model aims to ensure the sustainable operation of the RenoHUb project beyond its lifecycle. The project is to be closed mid May 2023, and the project partners are strongly committed to maintain and where relevant further develop the key achievements, in particular:
•    the RehoHUb and RenoPont brands;
•    the RenoHUb project webpage;
•    RenoPont online platform providing comprehensive information to homeowners intending to retrofit their energy inefficient homes; and
•    the network of the RenoHUb advisory service composed by the RenoPont offices.

The RenoHUb Business Model, like many similar European initiatives generally adopts the one-stop-shop approach, but is tailored in many respects to the specific features of the Hungarian residential energy efficiency market.
