The aim of this task was to analyse the financial schemes/products currently available on the international market, which are relevant for the domestic adaptability of energy efficiency home renovation. The document describes financing schemes identified during the implementation of the RenoHUb project and potentially applicable in the domestic financial environment, including combined loan/subsidy schemes developed by the European Development and Reconstruction Bank and the European Development Bank, account-based financing based on energy suppliers and green mortgages. The ELENA programme of the European Development Bank and the facade leasing concept of the University of Delft are also discussed.
