Habitat for Humanity International’s latest publication on energy efficiency and the energy crisis has been published, with an article summarising the experiences of the RenoHub project and the RenoPont offices.

In the article, we reported on the market research we conducted to see exactly what motivates renovators and what are the difficulties they may face in the renovation process. Surprisingly, saving energy is not the most important thing for many people, but making their home more beautiful and comfortable after renovation. Among the difficulties, it is the stress, cost and upheaval of renovation that most people fear. So it is important to find reliable and good professionals for the job.

We also reported on another study we carried out, which looked at the correlation between the value of homes and their energy rating.

One of the novelties of this article is that for the first time we report on the experience of RenoPont, the first one-stop energy consultancy office network in Hungary.
